Earnings

Needs earnings:read. One row per page rule on the dashboard’s Earnings page, with what agents paid by card and in crypto.

Amounts are in US dollars, at the prices you set. Crypto lands in your balance in full; your share of card payments is paid out monthly. A testing rule charges nothing, and would_have_earned_usd shows what its price would have taken. A deleted rule keeps its earnings, with status deleted.
