Introduction
What D3 Edge is, and where to start.
D3 Edge tells you which AI agents are visiting your site, and how much of that is provable. Requests carrying a Web Bot Auth signature are cryptographically verified. Everything else is classified against published crawler fingerprints and operator IP ranges. Every request lands in a live log with a tier that says how much evidence backs it.
It starts in observe mode. Nothing is blocked until you decide something should be. When you do, enforcement runs at your edge and defaults to fail-open: any failure between your edge and ours resolves to your traffic flowing.
D3 Edge is a D3 product. Serving infrastructure lives
on its own domain: you'll see d3.com for the dashboard and API, and
the @d3-inc scope on npm.
Where to start
- How it works: the request path, the proof ladder, and what fail-open means in practice.
- Get started: sign in, create an API key, install the SDK, watch your first classified request land.
- SDKs: Vercel and Cloudflare.
D3 Edge is in early access. These pages document what ships today: no roadmap features, no aspirational screenshots. If something you need is missing, tell us.
